Since establishing D&B School of Performing Arts in 2000, we have had the pleasure of nurturing many students through our three year diploma course and into professional work. Our exciting performing arts school offers a balanced curriculum of professional training to students from the UK and abroad. We cover every aspect of training needed to develop well balanced, versatile triple-threat performers.
With a selected intake every year, our students benefit from intensive training from a dynamic and professional faculty. The small intake enables us to truly nurture our students’ strengths and weaknesses, and ensures that every individual will develop their skills in a safe and happy environment. A major advantage to students is the small class sizes, enabling them to receive a large amount of care and attention from their tutors, allowing strong professional relationships to develop.
Often, teachers have been highly instrumental in providing audition opportunities for students upon graduation.
The D&B Diploma in Musical Theatre is endorsed by the Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre. We are also uniquely placed to offer ample professional opportunities to our students through our extensive industry links and highly acclaimed acting agency.
The three year D&B Diploma in Musical Theatre is the perfect start for all budding performers, providing a strong grounding in practical technique and performance skills.
The course is balanced equally between singing, dancing and acting. Our goal is to develop our students to be triple threats, equally as confident to tackle lead roles in TV, Film and Theatre or being a strong team player in an ensemble.

All of our tutors have worked professionally and many are still active in their field and are therefore able to bring the most current techniques and styles to D&B Students.
